MC Command was working great for me, but then I added a new game pack (Dine Out) to Sims 4 on Origin. I had to re-enable to allow game mods, but then I had a problem where sims in other households that were selected to be pregnant would get stuck in the 3rd trimester and would never give birth.   What do you mean? I know with script mods, you keep them in the zipped folder and with cc and certain mods you put the package files in the mods folder. I just never understood how to put mc command center in the game. I dint know where certain downloads go where.

  Come talk to us. Installing is NOT hard. Download the allmodules zip file. Create a /MC folder in /Sims4/Mods. Open the download. COPY all the .package and .ts4script files over to the /MC folder.
  Start your game. Make sure both Mods boxes on the last tab of Game Options are checked (green). Open a live lot. Use a computer to find the MC UI menus, the game settings are there.

  All of MC goes into the same folder. It won't work if you separate the files into nested folders, or by package/script, or any other way than to drop it all into its own first-level (/Mods/MC.. what WON'T work: /Mods/scripts/mc). folder. Script files need to be placed either directly in /Mods, or no farther than one folder below /Mods. Package (like cc) files are different, they can go up to 5 folder levels deep.
  Forgot to include that^^.. sorry!
  Also, I have more general info.. if you look inside a zip file and you see .ts4script files and/or .package files, those are to be copied into your /Mods folder(s). If you open any kind of a script file and see .py or .py* files, do NOT unzip it any farther than the original zip file, put THAT in your Mods folder instead.
  Some older files may still be compiled in zip format, and maybe not everybody modding made the switch, I don't know.
  A lot of creators (including Deaderpool) switched from zips to ts4script format, when EA added it to help Mac users who couldn't install zips, because they were being auto-extracted.
  A nice bonus that came out of the new format is, we know if it's a ts4script file, you copy it into /Mods. No unzipping or extracting needed.

  @rshell193 how's it going? I have a few days off starting tomorrow, I'll be around more this week coming.

  Edit: I *did* write this post. I lost it somehow, probably in the 'not yet awake but upright' fuzz. I wanted to also mention a post in my thread right before Deaderpool's, from @Bonxie , that really does a nice job of explaining why MC (mods in general) is safe. If you follow his link, scroll up.   It's a really big thread, but don't worry, you don't have to read everything. Just ask there and one of the helpful Simmers will help you out. If they can't help because you are using MacBook, they will direct you where to get help.

• I'm confused. Do you extract mc command center out of it's zip file? I've had to do that for most of the other mods I have downloaded but I'm not sure if you have to do that for mc command, do you leave it as it is, or extract the files inside of it????

  Yes, you extract it from the zip folder. Then you can place the McCmdCenter_AllModules_4_4_5 folder directly into your Mods folder and you are all set.

So I've put the MC Command Center Main Module into the Sims 4 mods folder as directed as well as the Woohoo Module into the mods folder. Unsure how to use the mod in the first place I tried typing the settings into the CTRL + Shift + C type box after enabling cheats. That didn't work. So I googled how to use it. Apparently you just have to run the game save and quit, Then go into the mods folder and a MCSettings.cfg file is supposed to be created and you open that up to adjust the settings. Well that didn't happen. So I googled some more and another person said that you can adjust the settings in the game through a computer through the MC Command Center option. Well I don't seem to have that option either. If someone familiar with the mod could help me out with this, that would just be super. I have all the latest content/updates installed. Version 1.13
